Have any one tried this combination? Or what kind of stain is compatible with Polyurea?

In reference to PAPs being

In reference to PAPs being applied over soy crete ... my gut feeling is VERY/HIGHLY doubtful (since soy, by nature, has an oily component; furthermore, all the manufacturers of this recommend compatible soy based sealers; I'm sure this is for a reason other than simi;y motivating customers to buy it); however since I have never used them, nor do I have insight whatsovever as to their formulation (except that they contain soy based component; again being an oil, oily substances IMO being bond breaking barriers when it comes to 100% solids epoxies, moisture cured aliphatic urethanes, and PAP's), therefore, although I will check with Jack Bracco (President of Flexmar Coatings) to garner factual insight and post back with a yes/no answer I feel 99.9% sure that you could not successfully apply PAP over them.

As for what PAP's are compatible with ... acid stains, stains/dyes that have an acetone base, over 100% solids industrial/commercial epoxies, integral colored concrete, stamped concrete, integral colored polymer modified overlayments and polymer modified micro-toppings that are formulated to be "wear surfaces."  Also, other types of composites such as application over VCT tile, wood, metal, and porous types of tile.

For a "variegated/mottled" appearance, check out Flexmar Coatings "Variegate" PAP stain/sealer.  You can watch a start to finish application video by going to www.flexmarpolyaspartics.com  on menu click on "Variegate" then scan down to "watch Variegate application using Padco floor (t-bar) applicator.  You can also view the entire Variegate factory colored palette. All the "Variegate" colors are compatible with each other, allowing you to create custom colors, or you can use 2 or more colors on the same floor for greater appeal.  If you want a lighter, more translucent Variegate, add some of the clear PAP... you can also add the clear PAP to anyone of the 24 pigmented colors to obtain a dye like appearance ... all of Flexmar's PAP are compatible with each other.

PAPs are NOT compatible with, and should NEVER be applied over ... water based acrylic dyes/stains, water based acrylic sealers, waterborne urethanes, water based epoxies, solixane or silicone based sealers, sealers containing oil, or of course cure & seals.

PAPs are ideal or interior or exterior applications ... clear (high gloss or satin) will maintain their optical clarity in full UV rays of the sun, with the 24 pigmented colors and 8 Variegate colors of Flexmar being colorfast when subjected to UV rays as well.  Rapid cure out in temperatures as low as -30F (minus 30F) Will maintain high gloss/reflective image with EVER requiring labor intense/costlly ongoing waxing regimes that typically add up to $1.00 per sq.ft. every year on commercial/industrial buildings.  4x5 times more wear/abrasion resistant than industrial/commercial flooring epoxies. Proven/unsurpassable "survival" rate in harsh use, challenging climates, and vehicle traffic conditiions.

*

You can also add the "bedazzling" (as I call them) metallic dusts/powderes to clear PAPs (about 4 ounces per gallon), applied over a base color of pigmented PAP or pigmented 100% solids industrial/commercial flooring epoxy ...end result being a vibrant, shimmering, fluid like 3D surface .
