Whats the latest and greatest seaker for acid stained and engraved basement floors? Im trying to get away from the easy scratching but still want the glossy look. Epoxy scratches too easy. Also what are some other good non scratch choices even if they arent as glossy as epoxy?

Below are two options; both are long lasting solutions and represent substantial floor maintenance cost savings for commercial, retail stores, public use facilities, schools & colleges, showrooms of cars to furniture, instituitons, warehouse/distribution centers etc; of course along wth the floors of residental property owners. Furthermore, PAP will maintain their glass like clarity (available in high refective color enhancing gloss or satin) even when exposed to full UV rays of the sun on exterior surfaces; as well as the pigmented PAP (24 colors) or Variegate/mottled stain (alternative to typical stains & dyed) formulations being colorfast on exterior surfaces subjected to UV rays and harsh elements of Mother Nature.

Apply 1 coat of Flexmar Polyaspartic Aliphatic Polyurea (PAP) over 100% solids epoxy (PAP has a tenatious bond to epoxy coatings). PAP is 4-5 times more wear/abrasion resistant than 100% solids epoxy, along with having a great many other superior chemically engineered physical properties that will provide a long lasting shield while also guarding against staining and assure that the floor will outshine (as to gloss/reflective image) and outllast any other type of sealer. Coverage rate for 1 coat of PAP over 100% solids Epoxy sealers or coatings is approximately 350-400 sq.ft. per gallon ... again, PAPs never require costly/labor intense waxing regimes (ergo: will pay for itself in floor matintenance annual budget savings year after year.

Or ... apply 2 coats of Flexmar PAP directly over your acid stained surfaces. PAP will wet out/penetrate and microdowel itself down in to the concrete substrate and/or other cemenitious surfaces (polymer modified overlayments and micro-toppings), along with a wide range of porous types of artchitectual/decorative concete surfaces. Flexmar's PAP is self-priming. Will cure out in temperatures as low as -30F (minus 30). Recommend 2 coats ... 1st coat coverage approximately 225-250 sq.ft. per gallon (dry time about 1 hour) ... 2nd coat coverage approximately 350-400 sq.ft. per gallon (dry time about 1 hour... returne to full service 4-5 hours after application of the 2nd coat, allowing for returning to productive public, commercial, or private/residential use "the same day."
