Q C Construction Products did go through a shake up (closing in February of 2009) ...they then went through a lengthly "time out" before they rose from the ashes and  re-entered the market.  Personally I don't know if their current products are the same as the original formulations or not; however, I'd be willing to bet if you contact Chris Sullivan he can fill you in.  Chris was once the original Q C Regional Sales Manager, then went on to become their National Technical Manager.  Opportunity came knocking when original Q C met their demise, at which time he became an owner of Chem Systems Inc..  I have a great deal of respect when it comes to Chris's technical knowledge, hands-on experience, personal integrity as to the manner in which he approaches business, and his creative/decorative concrete abilities utilizing a vast number of materials, products, and tools of the trade ...furthermore, he is always ready/willing/able as to to providing other's who have a vested interest in the industry with the insights needed to assure the highest level of success; further supported by Chri's degree in chemistry and time he spent working for Bayer (before his time at Q C.)    I have his email and phone number in my contact's ... can email or PM them to you if you want.  Am sure after talking to him you will have the facts, not merely grapevine assumptions in regards to QC that may or may not have any merit.  Sorry if this is coming off as sort of a "fan of this man," but I have gleened a great deal of knowledge from him for more years than I can remember, with him earning my respect and that of the industry in general.
