If want a solid colored surface on an acrylic sealed overlay ... using a pigmented acrylic sealer; there are many factory fully pigmented colors that are not translucent; if you try to tint/pigment a clear acrylic sealer you will get a certain degree of translucent dye like appearance instead of a solid/uniform one).
